From here there are good opportunities for outdoor activities such as swimming or paddling in nearby fjord water, hiking and biking. Possibility to rent a SUP, kayak and bike. Welcome to beautiful Vesterøy at Hvaler! Here is our idyllic cabin with lovely views and proximity to the sea, beach and hiking areas. In walking distance from the cabin you will also find the grocery stores, it is 10 min to drive to Fredrikstad and we have a boat a stone's throw from the cabin that you can also rent. The cabin is newly renovated; has running water (shower, toilet, dishwasher and washing machine) , internet and TV. Two large terraces with dining area and sofa/lounge area. Fire Pit, BBQ and Pizza oven.

"Bua" in maritime surroundings!

Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand pier facility! Bua is a cozy cabin located at Hvalers perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while getting a taste of boating Bua is adjacent to the boat docks to expect to meet people vacationing in their boats. There are on-site swimming facilities with a swimming staircase on the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of nice nature with forest, paths and mountains. Several beaches with good parking facilities nearby. From the city center on Vesterøy there is a bus both further out towards Skjærhalden and into Fredrikstad. Here you can enjoy the silence with a cup of coffee in the sun, take a walk in the forest, a bath in the sea and explore Hvaler's sights.

Here you can enjoy quiet days in the garden, or take a trip to the sea. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika are within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Whales, this is a nice base. Shops about 5 km away.

Peaceful and nice area. Low traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, until 15:00 Saturday and free on holidays.
