Gamlestugu – a cosy log cabin in Skjåk

Gamlestugu is a charming 19th-century log cabin of about 50 sqm (538 sq. ft.). It is located on the farm Søre Gjeilo in Skjåk municipality 7 km from Lom. About 10 km from Bismo. Gamlestugu has a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small hallway. One bedroom has a double bed and one with a bunk bed, 4 beds in total. Here there is wifi and TV. Pets are welcome. The cabin is located close to Gjeilo Camping. There are linnen and towels included in the price. The final cleaning is included in the price. Warm Welcome!

Lafta log cabin, Strynefjellet

Welcome to the Annex, part of the cabin yard in timber at Gamle Strynefjellsvegen. You will find us in the mountain wilderness overlooking the well-known Skridulaupen 1962 masl. From the crossroads v/Grotli Høyfjellshotell you drive approx. 5 minutes to the cabin. Good parking. In the Annex you can sleep well, cook the food you want and relax. Enjoyable views of the mountain landscape with early sunrise and nice evening sun on the terrace. Free of TV and Wi-Fi, a harmonious place to find peace and as a base for trips in the mountains.

Apartment with special features in a house from the 19th century with its own entrance on the 2nd floor in a residential building is rented out. Walking distance to Lom city center is 800 meters. The apartment is fully furnished. Bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer and microwave. Two bedrooms with double beds. The living room has a fireplace, dining room, sofa bed and great views of Lomseggen and Åsjo nature reserve. Very nice starting point for mountain trips and close to three national parks.

The apartment is located between three national parks; Jotunheimen, Breheimen and Reinheimen, and is a nice starting point for trips/peak tours in summer and winter. Short way to the city center. Good space for parking.

Hiking right outside the door, everything from easy hikes in flat terrain on the way to many peaks of 2000 meters. 230 waters and 250km. rivers to fish in. You can experience people and animals on the mountain farm, or put on your boots and backpack to explore unique paths with friends or family. When coming back you can sit in the heat from the wood stove, drink hot chocolate and read a good book in the silence of the evening.

Welcome to Skogstad in Bøverdalen, with a short distance to Galdhøpiggen and other fantastic nature experiences in Jotunheimen. The cabin, which is our second home, is personally decorated and has a high standard. All bedrooms have good beds and bed linen, in the bathroom you will find large, soft towels, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook good meals. The cabin has three bedrooms, including an annex.
