The proposed accommodation is upstairs and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 terrace. You will have access to the common garden, equipped with a relaxation area with deckchairs and games for children. A barbecue is at your disposal.

Ski resorts nearby (Ancelle 5 minutes, Saint Léger 10 minutes, Orcières-Merlette 30 minutes). Large furnished and flowered terrace to take full advantage of the 300 days of sunshine per year that make this pretty corner of France famous.

Large 42 m² 2-room apartment at the foot of the ski slopes and a 10-minute walk to the village center Spacious room with a 160 x 200 queen-size bed and a large closet. In the living room, the sofa is convertible into a 120 x 190 bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. A raclette grill is also available in the apartment. For equipment (ski, bike), the apartment has a private storage room.

Studio for 2 to 4 people

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house. Accommodating a couple or small family, it is a quiet and sunny place, conducive to relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Located in the heart of the village resort of Ancelle our cottage is located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse. It is located 150 m from the village square (shops, skating rink) and 200 m from the alpine ski slopes (departure of the chairlift, ESF ski lessons). With an area of 40m2, it is arranged for 4 people. It is adjacent to our dwelling house where we produce craft beers. For lovers of old stones and old larch.
