A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

10 minutes from central Skellefteå in Boviksbadet, you will find peace and quiet, forest and nature. The cottage is 35 square meters with a double bed, kitchen and private bathroom with shower. Access to crib, high chair, broadband and 42-inch TV with HDMI cable. Sea view from the kitchen window and outside the door, a private terrace. On the plot, there is a wood-fired sauna that you can use for a fee. There has never been any smoking or pets in the house, allergy-friendly. The lower terrace is well-suited for barbecuing. The house is built in the 20th century and is cozy with some older details and creaky floors. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - A sauna and hot tub are available for rent in an adjacent house. There is also a small toilet with a shower in that house. There is also a sofa bed in the house that can accommodate two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Close to a ski slope, 8 km.

A studio apartment in beautiful Skelleftehamn. The harbour and the sea is in walking distance as well as the supermarket and restaurants. As the apartment is part of a bigger house you will have your own parking spot and access to the garden. A beach great for swimming or a picnic is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. The studio has wifi, parking, is close to many beautiful paths, scenic spots and a local brewery. Skellefteå city is only 20 minutes away with car & has good buss connections.

From there, you also have a view of the sea. Want a separate bedroom so please ask! Sometimes, but not always, it's available. It is next door to a bed 160 cm wide.
