Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

The farmhouse in the countryside near Karlstad.

We offer newly renovated and nice accommodation in our farm house. 10 minutes from Karlstad and 25 minutes from Kristinehamn. Near the exit/entrance to E-18 and the county bus connection within walking distance. Animals and beautiful scenery are close at hand. There is access to swimming and fishing in both Lake Vänern and Gapern. For the golf enthusiast there are several golf courses at close quarters. In Väse a few miles away is Vilda parken where you can both skateboard and BMX.

Relax in this popular and unique accommodation, a few meters from the beach and the jetty, 12 km from Karlstad. Welcome to enjoy the tranquility of our residential neighborhood. There are 4 beds and you will arrive to ready-made beds. You will stay in your own cottage in our garden with a patio in the evening sun. There is self check-in with a key that is in the key cabinet with a code. You park the car in front of the garage and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. The accommodation is located about 5 km from the city center.

Take a break and unwind with a cozy stay in the countryside In April, we (Lisa and Daniel) will take over the house in Grän with the associated apartment in the yard. We have borrowed photos from the current owner who for many years rented out the apartment via Airbnb. After we move in, we will furnish it in a similar way. We welcome old and new guests to us!
