Living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 half baths, plus a laundry room with a shower on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms and a loft living room in the loft area. The loft has standing height in the center. All amenities and Wi-Fi/fiber. New outdoor area with large patio, jacuzzi, and enclosed garden room.

Access to the ski slope right outside the cabin, which stretches into Nerskogen. On the plot there is a small and sheltered sledding hill, fire pit and benches that provide the opportunity for immediate play and coziness. The cabin is very nicely located in a small and quiet cabin area, with great views approx. 100 m from Skarvatnet. The cabin is a great starting point for great trips in the mountain area around Skarvatnet and Trollheimen. Here it is a short distance up to Snaufjellet and a very varied mountain area that is great for walking, cycling, running and skiing. Oppdal city center is about 20 min away by car. There you will find, among other things, alpine facilities, cinema, climbing center, swimming pool, cafes and shopping center.

Jenstad is the starting point for trips to Åmotan where 4 rivers meet with 3 amazing waterfalls. You live 5-10 minutes walk from the gorge where the water is thrown down and ends in a shower where the rainbow appears on sunny days. You live on the farm Jenstad with historic buildings from the 1700s where history can be read in every log both inside and outside. Please note that the room height inside the apartment is about 195 cm with a load-bearing beam that is about 170 cm between the hallway and the living room.
