From the cottage you reach the village restaurants and shops on foot. Scooter trails and cross-country trails can be found around the house. The ski lift system is only about 500 meters away. If you want to go downhill, you can easily get to Vemdalan (45 min), Lofsdalen (75 min) & Funäsdalen (60 min) On weekends in winter, you also have the slopes in Hede with a lift that suits beginners/family. Two streets from the cabin you have starting point for cross country tracks (lit). Nice fishing opportunities all year round.

At Rörsjön, there is a rowing boat for rent for those who want to fish or just take a quiet trip on the water (pre-booking required). It takes about 20 minutes by car to get to the ski slopes in Vemdalsskalet and Björnrike.
