The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Small cottage with fully equipped kitchen and day bed for two. The cottage has a patio with barbeque facilities and outdoor furniture. We also have bikes to borrow. The cottage is a three minute walk from the nearest grocery store (Hemköp). Walk a few meters to Klåva harbour where there are shopping opportunities and a good selection of restaurants and cafés. The cottage is located 3 minutes bicycle path to a beach where there is pier, beach and cliffs. Hönö offers several beautiful bathing areas around the entire island.

If you want to hike or cycle, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve is 9.2 km away. To Nordens Ark it is 15 minutes by car, as well as to Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

This means that the cottage is just as useful as a "love nest" for a couple who want to enjoy the togetherness in cozy surroundings as for friends who like to be outdoors, perhaps even with outdoor accommodation.
