In walking distance there is a lake with swimming area and possibility to rent a boat for, for example, fishing. Rental of boat and fishing license is purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 5-10 min from Borås city centre 5-10 min from Borås golf course 10-15 min from Borås Zoo 50 min from Liseberg 1 hour 10 minutes from Ullared. In Sweden you can hike freely in the forest and nature but do not go into private plots.
