You can reach the beach either by walking along a lovely 200 meter forest path right in front of the house or by taking the paved road, about 450 meters away. The house offers stunning sea views and breathtaking sunsets. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, making it perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to relax in a peaceful setting.

The house is in a housing estate next to the beutiful sandy and sunny beach of Siviri. It is cozy with a big communal yard. It has two bedrooms, a living-room and a kitchen in the same place. It has also a bathroom and a big comfortable balcony. The first room has a double bed and a big closet. The other room has one bunk bed, one single bed and a smaller closet .In the living-room, there is a sofa that can be turned into a comfy double bed and a second sofa. The kitchen is fully functional.

There is a wall in between to offer more privacy between the double bed and the 2 singles. At the upper floor there is the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Only 20 meters from the sea! (or less)
