Comfy Home

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighbourhood, the comfy beds, the kitchen and it's a few minutes walk to the centre, train station, Liverpool FC Academy etc. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families. The safari park is a short drive, Liverpool airport, Croxteth hall park, Gulliver’s world etc. are all close by. M57/M58 and M62 are easily accessible. The city centre, Liverpool and Everton football grounds are about 15 minutes drive. No PARTIES please!

Situated in a rural location, but convenient for local amenities, this self contained flat with private access consists of a living room, bedroom and en-suite bath/shower room. A large window in the bedroom provides beautiful views of the local landscape. Private parking is provided on site with the town of Ormskirk being a 10 minute drive away. Town Green train station is a 5 minute drive away, providing trains to Ormskirk and Liverpool, and excellent local pubs are within walking distance.

A beautiful large lounge with 65" smart tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and lovely garden views. The bright and spacious bedroom is compete with a superking bed and 50" TV. There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

Self-contained flat can sleep up to 4 (2 couples)

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to open farmland and the source of the River Alt, this self-contained flatlet comprise a double bedroom, lounge (with sofa-bed) and bathroom with in-bath shower on the upstairs floor over my downstairs home-office space. Un-shared access to the kitchen downstairs with fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle, utensils and crockery. Bus stop for buses to Liverpool and Merseyrail Station is just 300 yards up the road. Regret adults only and no pets.

20-25 minutes from City Centre. (Also ideal for Anfield, Alder Hey hospital and Knowsley ) Safe parking is on the street immediately in front of the house. Best of both worlds! A comfortable room in a spacious, bright & quiet terraced house with garden, adjacent to large Country Park & stately home (Croxteth Hall), but under 25 minutes bus ride into the city centre. 10 minute walk from West Derby Village with its several pubs & small bistros. Huge supermarket & 2 takeaways around the corner.
