Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

If you love the outdoors this is your airBnb. 3 Bedrooms plus a bonus room, 3.5 bath. An 80’s concept home reimagined for 2024. Three levels built into the mountainside. Full use of the large garage in case you are bringing your outdoor sporting equipment. Dogs are allowed with a pet fee. Location: 10 minute drive-downtown Telluride, 6 minutes to the skiing parking structure at the Gondola in Mountain Village. 1/2 mile from the MV Entrance, home at entrance of the Ski Ranch neighborhood.

The front deck offers a great view of the mountains while you enjoy your morning coffee or you can grill and relax for dinner on the new deck. There are so many things to do in Silverton. The Durango/Silverton railroad, the Silverton mining museum, riding or hiking trails and backcountry skiing!

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Mountain Retreat

Nestled against the majestic San Juan Mountains, this beautiful retreat within walking distance to the heart of Ouray provides an escape with the convenience of access, yet the comfort of solitude. The main level of the 2 story townhouse has a living room with gas fireplace, TV, WiFi, dining room, kitchen, a half bath and a laundry room. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one full bath. This is for the south unit, not the unit above the garage which has long term residents.

We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.
