You will have secure access to the lower level of our home with separate entrance. The apartment includes 2 queen sized bedrooms, lounge/dining with TV, bathroom with bath & shower, laundry with kitchenette.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

A quiet close knit neighbourhood, the property is a cosy retreat that soaks up the northern views with ample indoor cover for the cooler months. Groups of 4 people will be for the main house, 5+ people will be booking for the house+cottage.

A private and homely guest suite attached to main house in quiet street, 4 doors from north facing beach and 2 min drive to Cowes central. Reverse cycle A/C and electric fire place in lounge room with award winning sofa bed, a separate bedroom with king bed (electric blankets organic linen/cotton sheets) fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with spa bath, shower, 6 ft fenced private courtyard, bbq, outdoor setting and secured for pets. 30 minute beach walk to Main Street. No shared areas.

Self contained, situated at the back of our property in our private backyard. (One of two cabins in our back yard). Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, Smart TV, ceiling fan, heater, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

The house has two lounge areas and is very well equipped with everything you’ll need to relax, entertain and enjoy! Located at 22 Silverleaves Avenue, Silverleaves Cowes, follow road onto the Silverleaves General Store Silverleaves Beach house is a lovely family friendly house located across the road from a north facing beach. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.
