On the ground floor you enter an airlock. A staircase takes you into the kitchen with a sitting area (with sofa bed) dining room and south facing pool access! On the second level you will find an air-conditioned room with separate bathroom. From the bedroom, a loggia overlooks the pool. On the terrace you can enjoy a relaxing moment with sunbathing, a table and a barbecue.

Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village.
