A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. WiFi available as well as a large selection of boxsets. Newly extended deck areas front and back gives plenty of room for relaxing outside and enjoying the environment. We are dog-friendly and have had happy guests return again and again. Shoreham is in a quiet rural setting close to wonderful wineries and restaurants.

The studio is within easy walking distance to the Flinders Hotel, Restaurants and Cafes, Boutique shopping, Art Galleries and our fabulous General store. Beautiful yet wild Bass Straight views are just 100mt down the road. Walk to Cyril’s, Hoppers and Big Left surfing spots. Your accommodation is just down the garden path, past the main house to where your self contained sanctuary awaits.
