Large double in Highfield - breakfast and parking

The room is large and light, with a queen size bed. There is wardrobe space, drawers, an armchair, a large desk with chair, a small TV, a small refrigerator, tea/coffee facilities and a fan. A private bathroom with shower is for your exclusive use. We will prepare and serve your breakfast downstairs in our dining room (or possibly in the garden). Free on street parking is available, and we can store bicycles safely on our property. We are Airbnb guests ourselves, and enjoy meeting new people.

Peaceful modern home with free parking

A modern peaceful house with a pretty garden and free parking offering to book a stay for up to 3 Guests . Guests will use the entire house minus one locked private Host's bedroom . The Host will not be present in the House. The Guests will stay in a double bedroom upstairs to the right with 1 double bed and 1 single folding bed ( to be used as required ) There an allocated to the house 1 free parking space marked '60' Children under 12 years old are not allowed due to safety hazards .

An emergency contact number will be given if you have made a booking, and need to contact us out of hours. There is an additional charge of £25 per night for more than one guest and up to 3 in total Please ensure extra guests are added to the booking. Prebookable parking is available costing £5 a night

Cute, Charming & Central close to City Centre

We have a quaint room to offer on The Avenue in central Southampton just 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. Modern, double room with wardrobe and side table. Hangers and towels provided with tea making facilities in your room. Positioned with direct access onto decking which you are welcome to use during your stay. The bathroom is just next door, off the kitchen with towels, mats and toiletries provided. There are buses running from directly outside & perfect for both universities.

Cosy, comfortable and relaxed

A light and bright private room with small double bed and ensuite. The room looks onto a large rear garden that guests can use. We offer hot drinks. Fridge for guests' sole use. Bread, milk, jams + butter also provided. Guests can use barbecue facilities Smokers welcome but outside. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, birds and chickens so animal lovers are more than welcome. The house is close to the Weston Shore and a 5 minute car journey from the city centre. Buses are regular.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
