Moosu Guest House and Spa, Cedar Hot Tub and Sauna

Moosu Guest House is a railroad style cabin designed for two people with 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom for a superb stargazing experience. The private outdoor spa features a salt water cedar hot tub and barrel sauna. Turkish spa towels and cozy robes are provided to complete the spa experience. As part of your stay you will be welcomed with a package including coffee from Nelson’s two iconic roasters Oso Negro and No6 Coffee Co, and tea from Nelson’s Virtue Tea.

Next to the rail-trail, 30min to Nelson, central to 2major ski areas and 5min. from night skiing in Salmo, close to many beautiful lakes in the area. This spacious suite can accommodate 4-5 persons as it has a Queen bed, a high-end pullout sofa and twin cot. It has a beautiful shower room and a well appointed kitchen and new appliances for you to cook with. Floor heating keeps you cozy and warm and the big windows make you feel being part of nature. It also has a barbeque on the covered porch.

John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Logden Lodge - Cottonwood Cabin

The Cottonwood is our most secluded cabin, nestled in between mature cedar and cottonwood trees and close to our year-round Elise Creek. Interior finishing and decor is themed 'Interior Africa' with various original African artifacts from our private collection. This cabin is fitted to sleep up to 4 guests, with a choice of Queen, King or XL Twin beds. Pets welcome (extra pet fee applies). The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare your own meals. Immerse yourself in nature and experience what tiny house living is all about. Just a short bike ride to Salmo but feels like a world away. Hang in a hammock, sit around the fire or enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. Two sleeping lofts with queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. This nook of our homestead surrounded by trees is all yours though we do live close by and have an active homestead raising chickens, tending gardens and working on projects.
