Recommended bars and restaurants are in abundance and the tourist office is only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. The flat has been completely refurbished after its renovation in March 2017. The design encompasses the typical ‘Sevillian’ style with a contemporary twist, bringing together a perfect combination of comfort and tradition. It is located on a very quiet and safe pedestrian street. As a final complement, there is a public car park less than 1 minute walk away providing easy access to the apartment if arriving by car. The apartment comprises of a cosy bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed, an ensuite bathroom, an open-plan living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, various small appliances: "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all crockery and tableware you may need. The apartment has high quality air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter, a Smart-TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection. Washing machine, cleaning products, iron and ironing board are also all at your disposal. Sets of towels, sheets, blankets, a hair dryer and extra amenities, such as shower gel and shampoo, are provided for all guests. If you are planning a longer stay, you can also arrange room service for €30 - including cleaning and a change of linen.
