The cottage comfortably accommodates two people. There are 3 sleeping places. The plot has a very high quality wood sauna and an outdoor toilet as well as a wooden toilet. There is no electricity or running water in the cabin. Heating is provided by a fireplace. The property is rented only to those who have experience in wilderness cottages and know how to operate fireplaces.

The sauna is praised, as is the cozy barbecue hut. In summer, water is pumped from the well. In winter, you have to carry water from the river. To heat the cabin, you must know how to use a fireplace and a stove. There is no electricity grid, but the generator and the solar power plant with accumulator work in the hands of a skilled tenant.
