It is a great home base for any Adirondack adventure or just a great place to relax. A short walk or ride to the town beach, town park, tennis courts, town boat ramp, restaurants, grocery store, pubs, shops, post office, and Stewarts Shop and gas station. It is a 10-minute ride to the Word of Life Bible Institute.

Our cozy apartment attached to our garage can sleep 2 guests and provides a unique western vibe with views of our horses from the bedroom window. The property is roomy and private but also has two main houses and two barns within sight. We are 8 minutes from the Schroon Lake village with the river within walking distance to swim, kayak or tube in. This is also a great location for many of the tourist attractions like hiking, boating, fishing, skiing/snowboarding and snowmobiling.

Lake George is about 30 minutes away, great for a day trip and Lake Placid is 1 hour away.
