Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Forget your worries at this spacious, serene space. House full of charm forming part of a longhouse, close to Chinon, where there are many restaurants, cafes and all shops, reclaimed old-fashioned (exposed stones, tiles, beams,fireplace). Breakfast, or meal served upon request. Large private courtyard and swimming pool (shared with the owners) heated from the end of May to September. Tours is the nearest airport (45 minutes), and there is a train station in Chinon.

The apartment has just been completely renovated. Located above our house, it is in the countryside, in a quiet area, close to the forest. The apartment includes a double bed in a bedroom, two bunk beds, and an extra bed in a mezzanine. The sofa is convertible and offers a double sleeping space. The windows and skylights are equipped with roller shutters. The apartment has a small private garden with chairs, a table, a lounge area, and a small electric barbecue.
