Located in the premium Av Luisa Todi, this Victorian house is perfect for a couple looking for extra space in a period house with beautiful features or ideal for friends or families of 4-6. Literally within 5min walk from the Ferryboat to Tróia and 5min walk downtown where all the restaurants, shops, culture sight seeing and other local commerce will welcome you in this very calm and peaceful city. Setubal is at about 15min from Arrábida by car and 30min from Lisbon, or halfway to Algarve.

Welcome to Quinta do Conde, located 30km from Lisbon, 19km from Sesimbra Beach and Portinho da Arrábida! Located minutes from the Motorway for access to Lisbon, Comboios Coina Station, Shopping, Green Spaces and easy access to the Quinta do Perú Golf Course. A 2 minute drive away is the Lidl Supermarket, among others and Pharmacy. A 25-minute drive, there is Setubal, with access to Tróia by ferry, and beaches such as Caparica, Lagoa de Albufeira, Sesimbra and the Cabo Espichel Lighthouse!

WINTER MONTHS The house has central heating. A very efficient floor heating system keeps the house warm. You will not be cold, we guarantee it! Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary. No airbnb services are allowed in our house at any time.

Vivenda no Troia Resort, perto da praia, com terraço de cobertura, jardim comum e vista do lago. Capacidade max 8 pessoas. Vai a pé ao catamaran, supermercado, lojas, marina, 15 minutos a pé para a praia. Perto dos campos de jogos O uso do JACUZZI tem um custo único para SETUP de 100 euros nas reservas feitas entre julho e agosto. O uso do JACUZZI nos outros meses, além do SETUP tem um custo diário adicional de 25 euros por dia, máximo 100 por semana. Não tem piscina.
