We meet in the morning at the market, in Le Havre or in Étretat, depending on where you are staying. Together, we choose the products that appeal to us that day: fish from the market, seasonal vegetables, and a Normandy cheese. Then I cook for you, and if you feel like it, you can get your hands dirty.
