Ají de Gallina: Shredded chicken in a yellow aji amarillo cream sauce with cheese and pecans. Served with boiled potatoes and eggs.

· Aji de Gallina – Shredded chicken in a creamy sauce with aji amarillo, milk, cheese, and pecans. Served with potatoes and eggs.
