This massage flows between light touch and deep tissue with work focused on the neck, chest, upper back and face. Intra-oral massage, cupping, hot towels and herbalist inspired aroma therapy are included in this treatment.

Leave the airplane and car ride kinks behind with a 60 min yoga class customized for your needs followed by a 60 minute full-body massage. The yoga class features breath work to cleanse the lungs and ground the being. The massage includes hot towels and local herbalist inspired aromatherapy. — Mat will be provided!
