A truly unique experience. We bring all equipment and plates for your guests. With printed hand crafted menus. We source all seasonal fish and ingredients and can make adjustments minimum 48HRs beforehand. The menu includes 4–5 small plate starters, 8 nigiris served one by one, a temaki hand roll, and dessert.
