Similar to a Swedish massage, Relax & Reflect is one that will leave you feeling tranquil & refreshed. My approach is gentle yet effective & serves as a way to connect deeper to self. We will do some gentle bodywork with breath work throughout. This treatment will increase flexibility in muscles, reduces blood pressure, & overall stress in the parasympathetic nervous system.

The physical transition into motherhood is an intense one on the body. In this session you will be propped & supported to meet the needs of you & your baby. With soothing strokes along your limbs, lower back, along with a face, scalp & neck massage to finish. Prenatal massage reduces anxiety & depression, can provide better regulation of hormones, supports nutrients to the placenta. When you are relaxed, your baby is too!

A slow yet effective protocol to go deep into chronic pain issues and high tension areas. Complaint area(s) is addressed, connective tissues will be stretched, & trigger points will be worked with the assistance of silicone cups being either stationary or mobile in motion. This therapy speeds up recovery of any past injuries & unlocks stiff holding patterns oxygenating muscles & increasing range of motion.
