Caviar & Small Bites Experience

Considered, generous and best shared are three words that define this dining option. Premium caviar is served simply with classic accompaniments, alongside warm blinis or picklets or waffles. To accompany the caviar service, a curated selection of small bites is offered, including seasonal oysters, delicate crudo or ceviche, and a light fried element. The experience finishes with a seasonal sorbet and small dessert bites.

World Table Omakase 10 courses

This ten-course experience is the heart of Plated & Poured. Guided by season, place and curiosity, the menu moves intuitively from sea to land, allowing ingredients to lead each course. Flavours are inspired by the world and shaped by what is fresh and ready.
Optional: pairings are thoughtfully selected to complement each stage of the journey, bringing together what is plated and what is poured as one evolving story.
