This casual food for large groups includes material, staff, and utensils. Can you cook paellas, fideuás, whole animal asados, tortillas, lamb or bull stews, giant sandwiches or sardinadas. Local dishes such as marmitako, empedrao, fabada, bacalao dorado, espardenyà, gazpacho manchego, migas and gachas are also prepared. This option starts with a selection of cold canapés, including mini puff pastries, Iberian ham with almonds, sheep’s milk cheese, assorted mini sandwiches and shots of salmorejo (a cold soup).
