This is a private yoga class, perfect for groups of 1 to 8 participants, and is for all levels and all bodies! Adults 16 and up only. Classes are 60 minutes and include mat rental. This is a mobile service in which I come to you. The location can either be indoors at your vacation rental or, if weather allows, I can coordinate an outdoor venue.

Relax into 30 min of a slow, healing hatha yoga flow, helping to relax the body and mind. Then settle in for a 30 min sound bath featuring singing bowls, chimes, and other musical instruments. The Chakras are our body's energy centers. Using Crystal singing bowls to balance the chakras, I will first guide you through 60 min of Chakra aligning yoga and breath work. We will then settle in for a soothing 30 min sound journey up and down the chakras to align the physical body and calm the mind, leaving you feeling relaxed and inwardly balanced.
