We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, transition into tailored strength and bodybuilding exercises, and wrap up with stretching to enhance flexibility and recovery.

In this session, our main focus will be strength. We will start with a dynamic warm-up, then aim for your 1RM in the squat, hinge, pull, and pressing movements. We will finish off with 15 mins of stretching.
