I tried a breathwork and ice bath session during my trip to Hawaii, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my vacation. The experience took place at Kapiolani Beach Park, which offered an incredible backdrop — sitting in an ice bath while looking out at the ocean felt surreal and calming.
Our instructor, Valeria, guided the session with confidence and knowledge. She explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which helped me feel prepared and relaxed. We started with about 12–15 minutes of breathwork, and it made a huge difference once it was time to get into the ice.
The ice bath itself lasted 3 minutes. It was intense, but the breathwork and the ocean view helped me stay fully present, turning it into a powerful and meaningful moment. The supportive energy of the group made the experience feel warm and welcoming, despite the cold.
I left the session feeling rejuvenated, energized, and excited. Overall, I loved the experience and would come back again.
