Johann’s culinary skills and hospitality are exceptional. I wanted to surprise my partner for our anniversary and Johann delivered and more. He was attentive as soon as I hired him, crafted a personalized four-course menu, and even cleaned the kitchen! He even had a few surprised up his sleeve. It was delicious and the perfect 5-star food and service for Paris!

Johann is a great chef. We had a great evening with some friends, around a wonderful dinner thanks to him. I fully recommend Johann! First of all, the appetizer and the 3 dishes were very delicious. - Creamy mushrooms, black truffle and onion chips: super comforting - Foie gras with torchon, brioche and homemade cherry jam: perfect - 6-hour beef shoulder confit: super melt-in-your-mouth. With potato millefeuille, both fondant and crispy - pear in red wine revisited, mascarpone: superb final touch, which I will remember for a long time. Also, Johann is very friendly. During dinner, but also before: very easy communication. By the way, he suggested the menu and was flexible when I asked him to change the dessert (from chocolate to a fruity dessert). Punctual on arrival, and leaves the kitchen perfectly clean. Wonderful!
