It was a very enjoyable lesson and Kazuki was an impeccable host. He swapped out tuna for salmon for my son because my son doesn’t like tuna. We also learnt about sushi history from him. Overall a great experience.

Ohno san is a wonderful chef and teacher. He was very enthusiastic, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and fun. We made different kinds of sushi. I learned some knowledge and techniques about making sushi that I didn’t know before. The ingredients were well prepared, so the sushi turned out delicious. It was the best experience of my trip to Tokyo.
