We did a couple's photoshoot in Madrid with Karen and had a great overall experience. She communicated well through the app and arrived on time. Karen took us to several beautiful spots in El Retiro Park and was very kind throughout. She delivered the unedited photos promptly, and most looked great. After receiving the edited versions, we requested a few changes to remove background objects that were originally promised to be removed—they were quickly fixed and sent back. The only downside was that some of the edited photos appeared overly bright with a slightly blurry background. Still, it was a lovely way to capture our time in Madrid.
