We had Jaren as out raclette professional- and we absolutely loved him! He was so kind and polite. He did an excellent job making sure that things ran smoothly. We did set our reservation for 7, but heard about 30 min before that our professional had an arrival window of 7-7:30. I wish the arrival window had been discussed prior to the day of. Thankfully they did extend the pickup time to accommodate the slightly late arrival. Again, Jaren was absolutely amazing and we loved his service! He was nothing but kind and professional.
