On the terrain around there is a shower in the middle of the tree canopies, a tank, and a barbecue. It is a sustainable house, the electricity comes exclusively from solar energy, and the water from a hole, not being unlimited but sufficient for everyday life. A simple place in harmony with nature.

(Alojamento Local 1945) Our lovely stone house is perfectly situated in the Ribatejan countryside a stone throw away from Castelo do Bode - one of the biggest lakes in Portugal. You can walk to the lake and be splashing about in less than 5 minutes. It is incredibly peaceful and we always come away from the house with our batteries totally recharged.
