My Space is spacious, safe, private and welcoming, 2 minutes from the beach, and it is possible to walk. Because it is a few meters from the beach, it is unique for being very cool, even in summer. It is, on average, 20 km from the airport and the Capital Vitória. The regional climate is bucolic, famous for its gastronomy. This space was designed for guests to feel in their total privacy. Beautiful spacious house with 2 large bedrooms, living room, full kitchen and gourmet area with barbecue. The house faces Ponta dos Fachos Beach (the best point in Manguinhos). Balcony with hammock and ocean view. The house is comfortable for up to 8 people, but for large groups and families who don't mind squeezing in a little and sleeping on mattresses on the floor, we can accommodate up to 15 people or more, depending on the arrangement. No night parties in the house and no loud noise at any time of the day.

My apartment it's available for you in case you need someplace for rest, do your homework, spend some time on vacation. I believe that you find it as good it was for me when I used to live there. The cond Solar de Jacaraipe has loved neighborhoods, it's quiet and private. If you like to walk will be 10 minutes to the markets, restaurant, and drugstore. Even more, 3 minutes will be walking on the beach. Easy access to the main highways of the city, BR 101 and ES 010.
