O acesso a piscina , academia e churrasqueiras é restrito aos moradores do condomínio. Não é permitido animais de estimação e fumar somente na área destinada aos fumantes.

Balcony with hammock and ocean view. The house is comfortable for up to 8 people, but for large groups and families who don't mind squeezing in a little and sleeping on mattresses on the floor, we can accommodate up to 15 people or more, depending on the arrangement. No night parties in the house and no loud noise at any time of the day.
