He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Our cozy country retreat is a 700 sq ft, 1 king bed, 1 bathroom house above a garage on 5 acres at the foothills of the Olympic Mountains. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountain valley and wildlife sighting from the deck or hot tub. 15 minutes to Sequim, 35 minutes to Port Angeles, and 40 minutes to Port Townsend. So close to these towns but a world away. The entrance staircase has 13 steps. No cell reception for most carriers but we have strong starlink wifi.

Loft-style 2 bed/2 bath home

Beautiful and spacious, this home is minutes away from Port Townsend. Two-story windows fill the house with natural light and give a beautiful view to the outdoors. Upstairs bedroom is loft style, looking out over living room. Downtown Port Townsend is a 6 mile drive and grocery stores and other restaurants are even closer. I'm happy to give all kinds of recommendations for food, outdoor fun, and events going on in town.

What makes this saltwater haven special is the proximity to the water and a 180 degree view - plus - just outside is a grassy yard with a fire pit to enjoy all the goodness of a campfire while still enjoying the comforts of home. One of the few places around with access to both water and trails - all within walking distance. You can't beat our sunsets!
