Peaceful haven, feet in the water (apartment)

The 72 m2 single apartment is the upper part of the house (possibility to rent it entirely see other listings) Located in Popenguin, close to the center and its exceptional location in front of the ocean "feet in the water" with a magical view of the ocean and the cliffs. Its large shaded terrace overlooking the sea is the center of this house, an ideal place to contemplate the sunsets over the ocean and let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves.

Welcome to Paradise

Come and enjoy our quiet 1000 m² garden, on the waterfront, on the Senegal River. From its private beach, lined with palm trees, mango trees... in a modern, characterful, independent duplex with exceptional views. A true haven of peace and freshness. The decoration was done by the owner, a renowned visual artist. You will be woken up by the songs of the birds all year round... and if you are lucky you will see the 2 hippos swimming in the river.

Keur Ricou, cabano duo, on the beach

Former shed from the 1960s, when Dakar residents came to spend their weekends in Popenguine. Rare undestroyed witness of this period, it has been renovated respecting its authenticity. On the beach, it is also 2 min walk from the center. The ground is arranged little by little according to the hirings. Sea lovers who appreciate simple pleasures and village life should be seduced. Luxury waterfront villa with swimming pool

Villa located on Senegal's renowned small coast, between Ngaparou and Nianing, on a large sandy beach, with the pirogues of the relaxing fishing village of MBaling nearby. Far from the mass tourism of Saly, 10km away, our large family home welcomes you when we're not there, with a superb ocean view, private swimming pool and large terrace equipped for your comfort.
