Lovely duplex at the entrance of Cabedelo beach, famous for surfing, windsurfing or kitesurfing. To visit the festivals of Viana you don't need a car: just take the boat that is right in front of the house and minutes later you will be in the center of the city.

The house is situated next to the dunes and walkway access to the beach ( 3 minutes). It has excellent sun exposure, in a quiet area and very functional. It has a baby bed (age»6 months).
