It is heated by Air Conditioning in the living room / kitchen. 40inch Smart TV with 100+ channels, NETFLIX, 100mbs Fiber Internet. Portable outdoor grill with charcoal. Coffee machine, salt, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and coffee. We offer shampoo / gel, towels and clean sheets for each guest. We use Ozono technology for maximum sterilization of the place.

My place is close to the Tower/ski resort (about 15 min). The house is in a mountain village, at 1100 m altitude, being considered the highest village in Portugal - Elderberry. Within a 10 km radius there are several lagoons and river beaches, for example, the Rossim Valley and Lagoa Comprida, Loriga and the beach of the village itself. My place is good for couples, individual adventures, business travelers, families (with kids), large groups, and furry friends (pets).

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
