An apartment located in the old barn of a farmhouse from 1873. Pau and Wafa live and host in the same house. Cozy and family atmosphere. Situated in a small village in the northwest of Catalonia, at the foot of the Montsec mountains, Pre-Pyrenees. 1h30min drive from Barcelona, and two minutes from Artesa de Segre, where you can find everything you need for shopping. The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

The main house is located nearby and you will have absolute privacy. The property is off-grid with rainwater collection (drinking water provided), solar electricity and satellite internet.
