Patios have the best south-west location, the lake is fish-rich and if you take a walk in the woods you will probably find both berries and mushrooms. Total relaxation is promised! In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

Take a morning swim in the bay and then have your breakfast on the deck with the water sparkling between the birch stems. Here you live in your own completely newly built house with lavish decor in Scandinavian design and spacious for a family. 15 minutes drive west of Karlstad leads to this paradise with lake view and short walk to sandy beaches that attract to lovely swimming. Here you are close to the forest with walking paths and the possibility of berry and mushroom picking.

Charming and cozy country house, where you can live all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forest, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle places. The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizza place and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and mysterious forests, you found the right place.

Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.

Balcony with outdoor furniture. Located on our property, behind our house, the cabin is not disturbed by it as the large windows and terrace are towards the forest.
