The lovingly, modern, comfortable and fully furnished apartment offers unobstructed views of the mountain panorama. In the immediate vicinity are shops, restaurants, train station and seasonal bus station (e.g. to the mountain railways).

The upper flat (bedrooms 1 and 2) connects to the downstairs studio (bedroom 3) via an exterior staircase. My place is good for couples, families and small groups.

Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

Hier genießt du einen spektakulären, unverbaubaren Blick auf die Bündner Bergwelt. Perfekt für Outdoor-Fans: Der bekannte Wanderweg „Senda Sursilvana“ führt direkt an deiner Haustür vorbei.

Experience special moments in this special and family friendly accommodation. The house was built of wood by my grandparents in 1936. The house was completely renovated, insulated and modernized in 2022, but without losing the charm of the earlier years.
