The bespoke kitchen is well equipped, living room has a log burner effect electric fire for those colder nights. The bedroom has an ensuite shower room and large wardrobe. There is a small stream running alongside the garden lovely for sitting outside enjoying a glass of wine, relaxing and watching the birds.

A self contained studio annexe within our family home just on the outskirts of Sedbergh. You will have your own entrance and use of an outside space with table and chairs. The parking area provides direct access into the annex with a full kitchen, with a compact dining table with chairs and shower room.
