The ambiance of loon calls, fresh air, and the sounds of water all make for glorious sleep and relaxing memories. The water is warm and clear for summer swimming! This recently renovated private apartment is 20 min. to Bangor, 50 min. to Acadia National Park, 25 min. to Bucksport (Fort Knox), and 50 min. to Castine.

Barker Pond Farm Cabins, built in 2010, feature modern amenities including a full bath and kitchen, outfitted with towels, linens and cookware. Each cabin sleeps 4 people, with a queen sized bedroom and a 2 twin sleeping loft, accessed by a ship's ladder. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to our resident loons. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and lake wildlife - and it is only about 15 minutes from Dover-Foxcroft with various shops and quaint eateries.
