Through the thick walls in summer pleasantly cool, in winter with the fireplace cozy warm you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable. The garden invites you to have breakfast in the morning and to end the day with a glass of wine in the evening. Close to the city and yet rural, you can reach everything on foot or by bike. The Baltic Sea (20 km) and the lakes lure you to swim in the silky water in summer.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Your domicile is located in the basement of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment thus runs to the rear at ground level. So you still have daylight. Herzlich willkommen auf Gut Rachut. Vor ein paar Jahren verwirklichte ich mir den Traum vom Leben auf dem Land -nun auch gemeinsam mit meinem Mann Thomas. Dieses hübsche Fleckchen Erde liegt zwischen Lübeck und Kiel - mitten in der schönen Holsteinischen Schweiz - und ist auch nur einen Katzensprung von der Ostsee entfernt. Aus dem ehemaligen Küchenhaus ist ein gemütliches Ferienhäuschen geworden - und wir möchten euch einladen, unsere Gäste zu sein.
