Please note that electricity costs for the heating & light are still added and will be charged at 0.45 euros per kWh

On 100m² you have room for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. Our apartment is on the low ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice beach day with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each reachable in about 5-7 minutes by foot, in the city center you need about 20 minutes on foot, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

Our centrally located apartment is located between the beautiful Baltic Sea and the cultural capital of Lübeck. Both destinations can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Hiking trails and popular cycling routes are right on our doorstep.

It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

Leisure activities such as cycling, walking, canoeing, boat trips on the "Luise," and much more are a real treat. You'll love my place because of the peace, the light and the surroundings. My place is suitable for couples and solo connoisseurs who appreciate a beautiful view.

SUP tours, cycling, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 2.5 km.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment you can start your rest from day one with a relaxed view of the lake. For excursions into nature, you can cycle from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or paddle with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. You can log in to Netflix & Co with your own account on the TV. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.
